Favorite line

"We came here to rob them and that's what we're gonna do - beat their heads in, gouge their eyes out, slash their throats. Soon as we wash the dishes." Joseph

"And Albert (pause) Albert's a swine..." Joseph

Jules: To think I used to think ocean voyages were good for the health.

I love the line "pink does look good on you" and the entirety of the kitchen scene. However, out of a movie I watch literally 20+ times a holiday season my favorite line today, as I watch it right now before heading out to shop (pray for me) is...

(Drum roll)

"Umm,the defense...rest."

Like the rest of the movie, perfect delivery!!

He knows already.

That was my favorite line. This movie is a scream! Hands down my favorite holiday film.

Spoiler Alert

I don't remember the exact line but their pet snake had gotten loose and killed one of the main characters. They could not find the snake afterward and one of the characters said "He's probably off recuperating".

Aldo Ray (talking about the uncle he killed): And they call him the victim.

So many lines... so little time...😋

Along with the others already mentioned, I loved:

I think he looks like a glass of milk.
How can I run away without a hat.
(regarding the turkey) He followed me against my will.
Your opinion has no cash value.
If crime showed on a man's face, there wouldn't be any mirrors.
I'll say one thing about prison. You meet a better class of people.
Don't misunderstand me. It's true that I never liked my cousin, only because he was not likable. He had a number of good points, I'm sure. I just can't think of any.
How could I be anybody else?

Many of the lines as stand alone lines wouldn't mean much, but in the context of the "conversation" are marvelous...

Like the "round table" about the seriousness of Paul's snake bite.

I just totally loved this movie...

I loved the scene where they cut the cards to see who would go warn Andre about the snake. It built and built, until I was ready to whoop in laughter. Such great actors, they all played so well off each other. Always one of my fave movies, no matter what time of year.

Not me, I'm a maniac.

i love that line, also the one just gefore it, when humphrey bogart says "you act like you don't want to cut their throats" and Aldo ray says "it might spoil their Christmas."
