The action took place over 24 hours or less, during the fall when it's cool out.

Harry would have been... fairly fresh by the end of the movie.

It's been a while since I saw it. I don't remember it taking place over a 24 hour period. Thought it was longer. Oh well, you must be right.

I watched it last night, it's on youtube for free.

Yeah, the action took place over a day and a night and into the next morning, when all the characters changed their clothes. Harry would still have been... fairly fresh, particularly considering how much time he'd spent in the cool cool ground.

The flies certainly didn't have time to get to Harry. He was in and out of the ground so quickly. He must have smelt a bit earthy as well as fresh.
