New Yorker Magazine 'Chic'

Saul Steinberg's drawings behind the titles along with the great Bernard Hermann score creates the perfect combination of folksy-kookiness with urban sophistication. Steinberg was a major New Yorker cartoonist of the period and the conception for the titles is years ahead of its time. Very chic looking and then that delightful corpse under "Directed by Alfred Hitchcock"!
