Photographs?

I channel surfed into this movie on my cowiboy encore channel during a scene where the marshall is trying to get volunteers to help protect the town. I noticed a couple of frames on the wall of the bar/cantina that appeared to have modern photographs in them. I wonder if this is a goof. Lots of stars in this movie.
