I'm glad Audie Murphy played himself

I could never see anyone else in the role. Especially not Tony Curtis, who Murphy himself suggested. I could never see that ever. I'm glad they got Audie Murphy and I thought he was perfect. People have mentioned how they'd want a remake. I could never see that happening. I'd have to say I'm very against it. They already told his whole story perfectly in a great movie and I wouldn't have it any other way. If they want to make other movies about other heroes, I am very much for that.
