Thanks, Ken
Well, it has been nearly a decade since this thread started, but finally this movie has an official DVD release from Warner Archives:

Yes, finally.
I just received the DVD from WBShop.com. Price now is US$17.19 (Note:ships to U.S. only). There are no special features on the DVD.
According to IMDb, this movie was filmed in Cinemascope at Old Tucson Studios, which is still a working outdoor/indoor motion picture studio, and open to the public. We visited it in February of this year, and it is great for movie fans to see. Especially, bring the kids!
During filming, parts of the set are off-limits to the public. Its location in southern Arizona permits year-round outdoor filming (and, avoid touring it in mid-summer if you can!)
E pluribus unum
Viewing the Warner Archive dvd now, the print is not up to their normal standards. Colours are OK but the picture is a bit fuzzy especially medium distance shots. It's the best out there though.
