As a young man of 16 in 1963, I saw this beautiful film (with English subtitles) on a very late-night NBC New York local movie program. I too, was totally mesmerized by it.

That I know of, it was on just that one time, & I haven't seen it since.

I've looked just about everywhere for it off & on for over the last 40+ years, & unless I've missed something in IMDB or the Internet as a whole, I can't find it anywhere.

If anyone out there knows where I could get a VHS or DVD of this movie, please let me know.

Same story with me, and also looked for it for over 40 years. Today checked on Google,, and here it is:

The DVD costs 40 dollars.
