Where's the shack?
Does anybody know where they actually filmed the movie?
It kind of looks like 1000 steps beach, in Laguna Beach, but I wasn't around in the 50s. Curious to find out, great movie.
Since nobody answered your question - certainly not me - I was trying to figure out where it's supposed to be set, according to dialogue it's somewhere between Pismo Beach and San Diego, and on the beach. That shouldn't be too hard. (sarc)
