I liked the following movies a lot so I'm looking for similar ones:

A Streetcar Named Desire
East of Eden
Splendor in the Grass
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof
Rebel Without a Cause
Giant
West Side Story (though it's actually not exactly like the other ones)

So these types of Tennessee Williams/Elia Kazan/Paul Newman/Marlon Brando/Natalie Wood/Elizabeth Taylor/James Dean (though all of his films are already included in the list) movies are what I'm looking for.
Here are some movies that could fit the bill, though I haven't seen them yet so I'm not sure:

Baby Doll
Guys and Dolls
A Place in the Sun
Gypsy
Suddenly, Last Summer
Sweet Bird of Youth
The Long, Hot Summer
Sex and the Single Girl

Anyone who could add some more movies to the list would be very helpful! :)

The Big Country (similar scope, if not acting, to Giant)
On the Waterfront
Picnic

I really don't see the similarities between most of the films you listed along with Rebel Without A Cause. I mean, other than being very famous films from the 1950's -- and two of them starring James Dean -- I don't see it. Oh, but I see you're really just looking for a particular type i.e., Kazan/Newman/Brando/Wood/Taylor films... Well, here's some:

THE WILD ONE
Sayonara
The Fugitive Kind
The Hustler
The Searchers
Rock Around The Clock (different, but I figured it's a musical worth watching)

I highly recommend them.

i would also recommend:

the glass menagerie (2 version catherine hepburn in one, john malkovich in the other-both are pretty good)
