Her Gowns!

Crawford's wardrobe in this film is gorgeous - particularly the black gown at the end, and those lo-o-o-o-o-o-o-ong black gloves. And the bracelet! I just love how she marches around in that wardrobe - why do I think she cajoled them into letting her keep it? LOL!!!

And I LOVE the beaded dress she wears in the dinner scene towards the end. That is a killer - to dress like that for dinner when no company is coming over. I JUST LOVE IT. I really think this movie was intentionally played as a dark comedy. I think the people making it were too smart to seriously think they were doing something as serious as Tennessee Williams or Lillian Hellman. I have to hand it to them ALL. It is a MAGNIFICENT BLACK COMEDY and I think that is its intention.

And her jewelry1 Gorgeous, especially the large emerald cut diamond. The flash from that was eye catching.

You know it is going to be a great movie when the fashion designer and jewelry designer get billing along with the actors.
