Watched this on TCM tonight and just happened to miss the last 10 minutes... Anyone mind enlightening me? Thank you!

Robert Mitchum comes home from Gloria Grahame's house, beats Olivia deHavilland to death, then kills himself with huge injection of pentathol.

Are we talking about the same movie I watched this past Saturday night - like, not.

You must love the fact that a new Texas Chainsaw Massacare movie is coming out.

I know this is really late -- here is what i do if i miss the ending -- go to Turner Classics and read the plot summary -- it will giv eyou the ending and won't spoil it for the others

A more realistic ending would have been that Olivia de Havilland killed Mitchum after he came home from his lover's house. Maybe I am looking at this from 2007-eyes, but the real ending was sooooo unbelievable. Wait, I am wrong...I can actually see things ending up like they did in the movie since there is plenty of dysfunction in America to go around.
