shareThere are a number of lines Mitchum delivers that crack me up, but no one makes me laugh more than Evelyn Varden (Icey Spoon) in this picture. The humor sprinkled throughout this film (whether intended or not) adds to the charm of it.
shareIcey Spoon cracks me up. But "This is concrete!" has always been so memorable and just too funny. I love the way he says it. I always get ready when I know he's going to say it so I can enjoy hearing him deliver one of my favorite lines.

shareAfter all these years, the great thing is that one can now enjoy the great documentary 'the filming of night of the hunter' on the global special editions of NOTH.
What a talented group they were and all but 3 (if I'm not mistaken) have left us for good.
