House Overlooking LA

The main thing I enjoyed about this film are the location shots (street scenes, car dealer, etc...

Does anyone know roughly where the modern house is (was) located? Mulholland Drive?...the one with the overhanging section.

It looked fairly new at the time...I wonder if it was owned by the Stones..or a friend ?

What Stones? The Flinstones?

Cute.

After reading my post, which is quite old...I felt like a jerk...and asked myself the same question...but actually my post is very logical:
I am refering to THESE Stones:

Andrew L. Stone and Virginia L. Stone (I assume they were married)

..who did, DIG THIS : Wrote, Produced , Edited and composed the song "Every Now And Then"

This film is along the lines of Snotra's "Suddenly" which was about the Gallstones family or somebody.

Huh. I though you possibly meant the Rolling Stones ... even though it would be strange for them to collectively own a house ...
