HELP! Best Version on Video?

I'm looking to buy this version of NAPOLEON (featuring Orson Welles). There are so many VHS copies out there. Which one is the best one? Is there an edition with the complete 190 minute running time? All the ones I can find run 115 mins.

Mine runs 129 Minutes so I don't know where you're getting 115. I do wish a future Orson Welles boxset might contain a remaster of this, it's quite good. I highly recommend Reign of Terror (which remains my favorite Film Noir of all time) although that is Robespierre with only a glancing reference to Napoléon. The most underrated Film Noir ever. Check it out.
