When will this be on TV?

Since April 2007 I'm trying to catch this film on AMC or TCM, but in vain...it's just never scheduled like so many other movies from the fifties that I still need to watch, because they have not been on TV for decades and were at the movie theaters before I was born or when I was little.
I guess I'll need to order "The McConnell Story" at amazon.com (neither Netflix nor the public library carry this one).

What's interesting about this particular film: June Allyson and Alan Ladd who were both married at the time when "The McConnell Story" was filmed, fell in love with each other. June Allyson described their secret love story in a very touching way in her autobiography.

hope you were able to find it. it's on TCM right now though.

We finally found it on VHS via amazon.com last year and copied it onto DVD. Yes, since then it was of course on TCM :).
Whenever I give up on a certain old movie that TCM is simply not airing and order it from ioffer or amazon, all off a sudden TCM schedules it. Oh well...

It was on TCM on 5/14/14, so it will probably come around again in a couple of years. Their versions are usually at least as good quality as a VHS if not better.
