Same ranch house

I've just been watching the two Universal-International Westerns The Rawhide Years and Man Without a Star (both 1955) one after the other on television and noticed that the same ranch house; barn; corral and bunkhouse were used in both films. Even the trail sloping down to the ranch house was the same. The location was also used in another U-I Western, No Name on the Bullet and probably many others. You'd have thought that Universal-International could have afforded to build or use a different location for different films made in the same year.
