shareIt was probably a low-budget movie. In spite of the fact that Catherine's books about Peter were bestsellers, the movie didn't really take off as hoped. But I liked it very much.
shareWhile you're studying the background of shots in search of "cheap shots" to make about production values, I hope you remember to pay some attention to content -- and artistic/spiritual values.
shareWell said ScopeWatcher! Also in response to the previous poster this film has GREAT production values, was not a cheap production, and was a huge hit when released in 1955. I would question your taste and ability to perceive quality when you see it. Why would someone pick apart something totally meaningless in an otherwise excellent film?
