This film has not been released with a top of the line transfer by it's home studio. As far as I know it has not been shown on TCM. It is sold by "Old Time Entertainment" on the Internet at a reasonable price ($12-$15) but it will be bootleg so I cannot vouch for it's transfer quality. Good luck.
