Clifftop location

Does anybody know where the ending was filmed? It looks as if it's a south coast town - my guess would be Eastbourne - and I think the clifftop looks like Beachy Head/Seven Sisters area. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

You are correct. The coastal town was Eastbourne and the clifftop ending was filmed on Beachy Head. The Seven Sisters can be seen in the background of some of the shots looking along the clifftops.

the london shots apart from kensington gore are filmed around millman street in chelsea and the phone box is still there on the kings road end

The climax is filmed in Eastbourne although the row of cottages where the woman who abducted the bay lives may be somewhere different.The scene where the couple go from the cottages up to Beachy Head is cleverly cut as the cottages are not at the bottom of the path leading up to Beachy Head.Perhaps somebody could tell me where they are.
