At least in her first scene in the movie (complete) and one of her later scenes (partly) the voice of Joan Collins was dubbed by an actress with a much lower voice.

Not so. Collins delivered all her own dialogue. She was never dubbed by anyone else.

Nobody else could've been that bad.

Sure sounded like her to me.

She did loop over her dialogue in post-production (as did most of the actors), which is of course very common in filmmaking. But it was her voice all the way.
