I think that this should be remade. I happen to think that this is the only Stanley Kubrick film that should be remade.

i agree. no other kubrick film CAN be remade. also this film can really be a great picture in todays age, and much better than the original. kubrick had no financing and went through hell to make it. im an aspiring filmmaker and this film has influenced many ideas ive had. im sure im not the only one. this wasnt a bad film.

I was just imaginaing how this could be remade for today. Maybe make it a bit longer, but it would be fantastic! It's very rare that I think a movie should be remade, but this is one of those rare flicks

If it was remade today, it would just be another sex-and-violence R-rated flick with foul language in every sentence. And, we have more than enough of those.

You people disgust me. This movie is beautiful how it is, stop contributing to that stupid idea that classic pieces of art should be re-ruined for you. If you can't appreciate the original then watch something else. This re-make concept honestly makes me sick. How do you feel about original work? If they get it right the first time then let it thrive the way it is. Kubrick obviously got it right or he wouldn't have had the opportunity to make so many great films after the fact. You guy are friggin losers..
