Elevator stunt

Did anyone else think the stunt where the guy jumped out of a moving elevator looked really dangerous? It looked as though he could have been seriously injured if he didn't time it right.

That fight in the mannequin factory looked really dangerous, too. Somehow I doubt that one guy was swinging a prop axe.
