Where is Vince Edwards in this movie?

Hi. I have the movie on vhs. I have yet to come across Vince Edwards appearance. Can someone help? Thanks.

It would appear to be a "blink and you miss it" part.
Edwards was not even credited.

I doubt Vince Edwards was in this movie. According to the cast list here, there was an (undoubtedly British) actor, named Vincent Edward (note, no "s" on the end), who played a "Nazi Orator" but there's no mention of Vince or Vincent Edwards.
