Finally, black full skirted dress at end...

When everyone on the street runs to the wedding, one beautiful girl, (probably another Goldwyn Girl) is wearing a sublime black taffeta (I think it's taffeta) full-skirted jumper...do I mean jumper? It's a skirt with shoulder straps and a high tight waist, almost a bodice, she had a rosy blouse under it, an old rose color, that was fitted under the skirt, yet billowed out a bit...anyone see it? I'd love that dress...does anyone know where to find patterns of that nature?
