Before you order a copy of this movie...

Many postings give links to web sites to order this film and of course other titles, beware and check out these sites before ordering. Google the web site and look alittle closer at each site promoting these 'lost' films. Many of the sites promoted here on IMDB will take your money and either send an inferior product, or send nothing at all. I have been 'taken' twice, and I will no longer deal with any company promoting DVD copies. Please check out the companies reputation, see what complaints are out there before you place an order.
I like you, wish we could have our favorites released on DVD, but don't be mislead by many of these sites that take your money and run!

Actually this is good advice for anything you order off the internet. I don't know how many times I pulled up a site to order something and then said let me check complaints first. I ended savings myself a lot of money. Even the so called reputable sites with famous endorsements can fleece you. Celebrities are paid to endorse products. You have no idea if the know anything about the company or product they promote. Again simply google the product and the word "complaints' and you'll know.

For DVD's I usually order from places that have sellers that have been rated. I also use sites that promise customer satisfaction and a refund if you're not happy with the seller. I'm not talking about ebay either. amazon.com is a little better but both websites have gotten so big it's hard to get customer service at times when you have problems and get no satisfaction from the seller.

ioffer.com is a good one. Read the buyers ratings. Read a lot of them. Post questions. Most of the sellers respond right away. Everything I've bought has been really good quality or the actual films.

I wish I had a Kryptonite cross, because then I could keep Dracula & Superman away.

A studio release of this film on dvd has taken place in Spain and Portugal. Try amazon.co.uk or ebay.co.uk.I believe it is a CinemaScope transfer. Fox Cinema Archives have released it in the USA this year It is a in Wide Screen but non-anamorphic (ie. 4:3 Letterbox with lessened resolution). This is nonetheless better than a cropped, "pan-and-scan" transfer. Many CinemaScope films have been released in this unacceptable way by this studio in this disappointing branch of their Home Video Market). The movie was originally released in 4-track Magnetic stereo. I am not sure if he US release is in mono or stereo as reports differ.)

Fox has recently released this title through their Fox Archives series, and it's available online on websites like Amazon.

The Spanish release of this movie is a 16:9 Anamorphic transfer in 2.35:1 CinemaScope. The color is good and the sound is in stereo.
