How much better are the Japanese versions?

So because you can't rent the japanese versions of these movies here in the United States, I was wondering if anyone here who's seen them can tell me which ones are actually good in their japanese versions. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the list of good Japanese versions basically go like this?
