Total Crap

is what Japanese giant monster movies are supposed to be. Would anyone care if they had casts of RADA educated actors spouting perfect English dialog all the while everything was on fire and burning?? Perhaps if they were musicals.

Nothing exists more beautifully than nothing.

I disagree. I thought this film was quite enjoyable. Godzilla's big fight with Anguirus and the destruction of Osaka were both expertly done.

This isn't the best Godzilla movie there is but I definitely wouldn't call it total crap. The fights with Anguirus were great and I just love to see Godzilla destroy entire cities in a fiery inferno. I haven't disliked any of the Godzilla movies I've watched so far.

I love how every single person who replied to this thread misunderstood the original poster and thought he was bashing this movie when, in fact, he was actually defending it. He went about it in a slightly odd manner but basically meant that these movies are supposed to be cheesy and mindless fun, not well acted and compelling dramas that make you a better person for watching. At least that's the way took it.
