A good movie!

It is shown on television once in a while and it is worth seeing. It stars John Lund who gives a good performance. Also as mentioned by the reviewers it stars Dorothy Malone who would really make a career jump after this movie but she is also very good in this one. Mike Conners (called Touch in this movie) does a great job as the leader of the bad guys and he showed the great promise that would get him the starring role of the television series Mannix. Don't miss this movie. It is not a great one but better than you would think.

Also this movie was produced and directed by Roger Corman who did several westerns and other movies at this time period but he was later do do many horror movies such as House of Usher and The Pit and the Pendulum both with Vincent Price.

I watched this movie last night and even though I had seen it several times last night there was a goof. The Confedereate Officer reading the pardon for each of the gunmen mentioned an incident regarding one taking place in 1867. That has to be a goof because the Civil War had been over for about two years and the Confederate States was no more. I didn't catch it before so I am wondering if that was inserted over the line in the original movie. Then again maybe it was just a goof. Still a good movie worth watching.

This one is Ok. But I think that 'Gunslinger' is Corman's best western. That one is more offbeat.

It's solid. Especially if you like westerns.

I just finished watching this movie on the THIS Channel. It is an Ok western and a good early starring role for Dorothy Malone.

I bought this on DVD for $7 during the weekend. It's going to be interesting to check out this directing debut for Roger Corman.

Edit: I just watched it. I thought it was decent and pretty entertaining.

What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!
