Shot in Venice Beach, California

I noticed right from the beginning that the movie was shot in the Windward Avenue area of Venice Beach, California, same location Orson Welles used for the opening sequence of "Touch of Evil." The area is still a pretty sketchy place to be around at night, lots of crazy homeless people wandering around.
