I was watching Bride of the Monster the other day and I just had to laugh at all the stock footage in this film. ie: the octopus, the snake, the alligator, the lightning, and the atomic explosion. I love how the shot goes from a rubber snake in a tree to some nature footage of a snake in the jungle and then back to the rubber snake in the tree. God bless Ed Wood.

shareYeah i enjoy that too. However this isn't a Wood thing. Most horror movies from that time use that kind of "special effects", just think of all those japanese monster movies. or the american movies from the 50ies where giant spiders attack cities and all that stuff. the difference between these movies and ed wood movies is that wood's movies are always a little bit more ridiculous.
