Vic Morrow in the 50's vs. Vic Morrow in the 70's

Talk about a massive change in looks, sex appeal and masculinity!

Have any of you seen Morrow in "Police Story"? It's hard to believe it's the same guy. He was a tough guy but in a good way and incredibly sexy. He was a real man.

I always liked Vic Morrow.

He really made the intensity of this movie.

Glenn Ford was fantastic... Sidney Poiter was great also.

That's what's called hard living.

i first saw him in the series Combat when I was a kid. He was an ok actor, but I never thought he had a lot of range. But his last movie where he died in a helicopter accident along with two kids in the movie was a pretty good part for him. He played a bigot who suddenly was inside the bodies of three sorts of minorities he made lowed comments about in the beginning. Each was being hunted and he tried to explain he wasn't a run away slave, an escaped Jew from the Nazie, or a Vietnamese from American forces. He did really good in that part.

As for his character in this movie.....When he had a couple one on one scenes with Ford he really seemed like Brando. So much so that I'm guessing that got him in the door because when this came out Brando was really getting big in Hollywood. Too bad they didn't find some other tough guy movie where they played brothers. Like a couple underworld gangsters from the 30's or something. They'd really sell it well.....
