What does the title mean?

There are no knives in the movie that I recall.

There is no "off" position on the genius switch.

I think it refers to the big knife I wanted to cut my throat with for wasting my time watching this 'method actors' stinker.

Thanks, Mike, for making me laugh. Your point is well taken. I, too, look at it as a sort of comedy...a movie where rich people with no problems spend the entire movie talking about their problems.
