Cartoon scene

I'm looking for a movie with a particular scene, and maybe it is this one?

There are two people in an apartment, in evening. At least one of them is a cartoonist. They draw men and women on the walls, and the drawings start to move, and create a whole war scene. Eventually they draw a tank for the men, and so they win the war.

In the morning a few women get in the apartment and are horrified to see that the guys had drawn dead women all over the place.
