YES! What is the deal with all the haggling on rights & profits on the great old movies? This is reminiscent of how Paramount would jump out of a van and sue a 6th grader for doing a crayon sketch of spock because they own the character. Hollywood must be getting desperate when they fight for every penny!!!! I am afraid of the future of these movies now that HD DVD & Bluray have created the next format war. I am certian that many great movies will never be seen because of all this Capatalist Übergreed. I am a fan of capatalism, but only when practiced by wise & experienced capatalists not publicly traded quarterly profit capatalists. This movie is a victim of that trend. I believe that there are several pirated copies available out there and many claim to have top quality, so you may want to go that route if you miss this movie as much as I do. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to preserve the memories of many great movies that fall off the profit strategy radar.
