Tommy Rettig

There is an episode from one of the '50's sci-fi series, in which Tommy Rettig is a little boy, who is enchanted with "song", which I think turned out to be "Rock of Ages". I'm sorry I don't remember much about the show, but it has somehow stayed with me for all these years. Does anyone remember it, and if so, was it a SFT episode, or from some other weekly presentation. (It strikes me I can hear Truman Bradley hosting this installment, so I've posted my query here at SFT). Thanks for any help you can give me !
