Great book Answering a lot of the Questions

I recently purchased a great book The Wonderful World of Disney Television A Complete History by Ed Cotter. A whole chapter is devoted to the Mickey Mouse Club. A breakdown of the four seasons, a list of the serials, and anything else you can think of. It answers a lot of the questions listed below. It can be purchased on Amazon. I highly recommend it.
