Episode with the most goofs?

As I can tell so far it's The Beholden (S5, Ep9). There are at least 6 gaffs in the episode, and possibly more.

- Marshal Tom Grant (Don Megowan) draws Cheyenne a map to search for the kidnappers. After Cheyenne leaves, Grant says "So long, Cheyenne" in a sinister manner, as in he set up Cheyenne to be bushwhacked. But another scene has Harriet Miller (Patrice Wymore) taking a copy of the map to the bad guys and telling them "Cheyenne will be searching here, as long you stay in these other areas he'll never find you." She also tells them Cheyenne is a friend and she and Tom don't want anything to happen to him. But later the bad guys see Cheyenne searching in the area they're hiding and they immediately attempt to shoot him. It was if the script was mixed up a bit here between the two scenes.

- Cheyenne pulls out the map during a strong wind, and the map is blown away. But a couple minutes later Cheyenne pulls the map from his shirt pocket, and later he leaves the map in the marshal's office to let Grant know he was aware of the set up.

- The 3 bank robbers put all the stolen money in one set of saddlebags. Grant is later shown counting his share (1/4) of the take, but his share completely fills a mid-sized suitcase, which is in fact overflowing. 4 times that amount of bills would never fit in one set of saddlebags.

- While in the marshal's office, Cheyenne takes the marshal's pistol and puts it in his belt. He steps out the door, looks around without the pistol in his belt, and steps back inside with the pistol.

- When Grant is shot and laying in the street he picks up his gun in his right hand. In the next shot the gun is not in his hand.

- At the end of the show Cheyenne mounts a solid black horse and starts to ride out of town. The scene shifts to the people waving goodbye. When the scene shifts back to Cheyenne, he is riding a different horse.
