Good To Watch On A Cold Winters Night.

I also watch this movie every chance that I get, and now that I know it's on DVD, will go out and buy it and make it apart of my 'classic' video library.

I love this movie!!!! I just got it on DVD. You must buy it! It's wonderful! It really is.

All I can say is that there's a place for you people who go around laughing for no reason at all.

I really love this movie too. There is just something about it.

"Thursday! Oh no it can't be! It's too gruesome!"

This is a great film! Whoever thought of putting Doris Day and Frank Sinatra is clearly a genius!

"This is Sinatra's world, we just live in it"

I like this movie for the Christmas Holidays, one of my favorite scene in the film is when she is completing the gingerbread baking. Doris puts happy frosting faces on everyone else gingerbread boy or girl accept Barney's, then she erases the sad frosting off and says "it not fair" "Barney you have improved alot, so then she change Barney's cookie to a happy face. So sweet scene.

I love this movie too, its just got something special about it and it can be watched again and again.. just got the DVD as part of a Doris Day set. It is so full of colour and vibrancy and a treat to watch on a nice big widescreen LCD screen which a lot more people have access too now. I love the beach scene too..

My only regret with Doris Day is that she never did a variety series on TV like Judy Garland. It would have given her a chance to sing with so many of her peers like Peggy Lee, Johnny Mathis, Rosemary Clooney, Nat "King" Cole, so many.

Her film career was so huge, she just didn't seem to have the time. I was disappointed that she was forced into a sitcom after her husband's death. If only he'd had the foresight to sign her for a variety series. My God, she could have had Ray Charles, Tom Jones, Aretha Fanklin and Barbra Streisand as guest stars!

This is the first Doris Day movie I ever saw and it's still my favorite.

ADORE THIS MOVIE !! It hearkens back to a time we'll never see again and I love to indulge myself once in a while. Strangely enough, even my cynical husband enjoyed it...lol
