I got it for 6.99, its not widescreen, but it was 6.99. I'm satisfied.

The blu ray has an aspect ratio of 1.37:1, which is correct for this movie (and actually is very slightly wider than the 1.33:1 television aspect ratio)
The fifties were a transitional period in cinema, when some movies were wider, but many still had a narrower aspect ratio, such as this one.
