Good low-budget film noir

Beverly Michaels is terrific as a sexy wandering grifter who blows into town on a cross-country bus and seduces bar owner Richard Egan with a scheme to swindle his alcoholic wife and take off to Mexico with the loot. Percy Helton has his greatest role as a weasely neighbor who has his own plans for lechery and blackmail. This is one unique noir in which you won't predict what doesn't happen. Don't miss it!
