Pretty accurate review except he's gat Jean Peters and Maggie MacNamara confused. Jean Peters plays the manipulative shallow secretary who lies to Louis Jordan to get him to marry her. (what a great marriage that would turn out to be!) And Ms. MacNamara played the lady who fell in love with Giorgio.
Watching the movie today all I can say is thank god office politics have restricted the boss' role and interference in workers' lives!
Nope you're wrong. Maggie MacNamara ends up with Louis Jordan, right after she pretty much stalks him and learns to 'like' everything he does...and he falls for it!

shareMovie girl: I remember being shocked when I was real young and heard about Maggie's passing. I really liked Three Coins in the Fountain and grew up watching it several times on tV in the 50's and 60's. Yes, Maggie McNamara played Maria and Jean Peters was Anita. I really liked all of Maggie's films.
