The Colonel at the End

Wasn't he played by the character actor Joseph Sawyer? It seems to me that at one time, IMDb listed him as 'uncredited', but I don't see him now.
For those who don't remember Sawyer, the role that I best remeber him in was as Sergeant O'Hara in the 1950's TV-series, The Adventures of Rin-Tin-Tin.
