Widescreen DVD?

Is this movie available anywhere in its original, 1.75 : 1, aspect ratio? All the DVD's listed appear to be Pan and Scan.

To date, no DVD has presented THEM! in its original 1.75:1 aspect ratio. All transfers of the film out there are open matte (meaning that there's more information on the top and bottom).

If you have a wide screen TV, run it in the zoom mode. It will crop the same amount as was cropped in theatres, thus giving you the intended aspect ratio. I do this with many full frame movies made after 1953 with great success. It won't work with pan and scan CinemaScope movies, however, as they were not cropped in the theatres.
