I really hope Mrs. Lodge sued the federal government for the wrongful death of her husband by the mutated ants; which were a direct result of their testing the atomic bomb on U.S. soil.

The Ellinson Girl should also get compensation for losing her entire family; and to pay for the mental institution she probably got committed to because of the trauma she endured.

A class action suit should also be filed on behalf of everyone else who wound up on the bone-heap outside/inside the ants nest, and would otherwise have been considered "missing persons."

Welcome to 2015 where even a classic scifi flick from the 50`s is subject to ideological scrutiny.

James Arness should have sued the producers for making him wear pants that were too short. This made him look silly and resulted in many lost roles and earnings. He may have even been considered for the lead in Gunsmoke if not for this.
