Who was the actor...
...who played the cop? He was in two or three scenes and was the one who shot the gangster just after he walked out of the phone booth.
Is this guy the worst actor who ever lived? (Loved the movie though!).

Speaking of poor acting...I didn't buy Sinatra as an assassin for a minute. He was a talented actor, but not here. Not for me.
