Did Billie Burke have a small uncredited role?

I saw ASIB for the first time on the big screen today. (I've seen it a couple of times on tv .... I'm sure many scenes were cut for commercials). In the scene where Esther shows up at the studio and goes to the publicity department one of the actresses had a very distinctive voice (the same actress is also in the scene following Norman's death, in Libby's office where he is taking all of the phone calls). I was wondering if this actress was Billie Burke.
