Frank could have been called Felix or Festus

In the film, it says that the mother called one brother Frankincense because there's no name in the Bible beginning with F. However she could have used Felix or Festus (Acts 23-25). However these were the names of Romans (not Jews) so perhaps she thought they didn't qualify? (Wendy Janet)
