USA Televista DVD

Anyone know what the quality of the USA DVD release of this is like, is it as bad as the UK release? Thanks in advance.

I am afraid that the quality of the US release is just as bad - it looks like they used an 8mm copy to make the dvd. What a shame that they didn't take more trouble to find a better original.

US version is bad too!

Thats why I am DVR-ing the TCM print, then if better, authoring that to DVD!

It looks like TCM had the same print as the Televista DVD since the picture was grainy and soft in many spots.
