Marilyn felt the story was "Below Par"?

It makes sense that LAURA director Otto Preminger (this is before EXODUS, mind you) thought it was below his par, but it's funny that Monroe had any say on opinion on what she felt was below par material... This is a reaction from the Trivia section that says her and Otto were against doing the movie and were both forced... Otto I can understand but Monroe... That's what you call an 800 Pound Canary...
