Not sure which one I'd pick but I've often wondered if Janet Leigh was the style icon for the Barbie doll. If I didn't know better I'd say her curves were almost impossible...
Actually Barbie is French in origin if I recall correctly though she did make her appearance sometime in the 50's from what I understand so who knows.
